Fan Day Specials

Fan Day products are only manufactured after the order period has ended. The products may not be available for sale again later. Delivery time is approximately 1-3 weeks after the order period has ended.

If your order includes both Fan Days products and basic selection products, the entire order will be delivered according to the Fan Days delivery schedule.

Manufacturing

All products are made especially for you immediately after your order, which is why delivery takes a little longer. Making products to order instead of large stocks helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for your thoughtful purchasing decision!

Products and labeling

All products presented in this section will have the association's logo or other selected image added, either printed or embroidered. The price includes the selected product and logo marking. More detailed product information, such as size and color options, can be found on each product's own page.

Delivery

Products are delivered by the fastest delivery method to your nearest pickup point. The delivery cost is always €7.90 / order. Our delivery time is usually 5-10 business days.

Model photos

The sample images of logoed products on the product pages are for reference only and due to technical reasons, the colors may differ slightly from the actual ones.

Right of return and defective products

All products with the logo are considered personalized products. According to the Consumer Protection Act, personalized products do not have a right to return, unless the product is defective. Defective products have a normal 14-day right to return. For more information about the right to return, please see our Terms and Conditions page.

Payment and payment methods

You can pay for your purchases using the payment methods available in our online store, which are displayed in the shopping cart.

Discount for association members

We offer a 10% discount on products to members of the Russian Bolonkat Association. You can find the discount code on the association's own member pages.
